So what can you expect inside?
Imagine us hanging out - over a fun dinner + drinks - or maybe a coffeeshop date - these would be the kinds of conversations we’d be having!
These are our family’s weekly meal plans taken straight from my meal planning notebook & uploaded to the blog hoping to share meal inspo, recipe inspo, make your meal planning life a heck of a lot easier.
Meal plans are shared every week on Friday. So however you choose to join Holding space, you get weekly access to the meal plans for a month(s) or a year(s)!
The meal plans include mainly our dinner plans for the week + any specific breakfast and/or desserts I prep.
Each meal plan post will also contain a grocery shopping list for the week.
The meal plans AREN’T based on calories or macros - instead, whole-food, nourishing meals.
Any specific recipes will be linked out to so you can know exactly how to make!
Lastly, 95% of recipes are ~30-45 minute meals for quick, easy weeknight dinners!
