So what can you expect?

Imagine us hanging out - over a fun dinner + drinks - or maybe a coffeeshop date - these would be the kinds of conversations we’d be having!

  • These are our family’s weekly meal menus taken straight from my meal planning notebook & shared via a weekly newsletter for meal inspo, recipe inspo, make your meal planning life a heck of a lot easier.

  • Meal menus are shared every week on Friday or Saturday.

  • The meal menus include mainly our dinner plans for the week + any specific breakfast, snack, electrolyte, and/or desserts I prep.

  • Each meal menu newsletter will also contain a grocery shopping list for the week.

  • The meal menus AREN’T based on calories or macros - instead, whole-food, nourishing meals.

  • Any specific recipes will be linked out to so you can know exactly how to make!

  • Lastly, 95% of recipes are ~30-45 minute meals for quick, easy weeknight dinners!
