Meet Jenna

I'm Jenna, an integrative & functional women's health dietitian and embodiment coach. I hold the space for women to create nourishing relationships with food & their cycles!

I’ve been in the women’s health space since 2018 - officially becoming a registered dietitian in 2021 - helping hundreds of women better understand their female bodies through integrative testing & tapping into their intuition.

Beyond work, you’ll find me adventuring with my husband & our dog Freyja, gardening, and just enjoying my time being creative in the kitchen.
