  • During your initial consult, we’ll dive into your symptoms, health history, environment, thoughts, beliefs, + more!

  • You’ll have the option to complete any of my functional lab offerings (ex. Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, Full Bloodwork Panels, DUTCH, GI Map, etc.)

  • We’ll then dive into your specific nutrition, supplement, lifestyle, + mindset/energetic recommendations!

  • If you’re in My Signature Women’s Health Coaching Program, you’ll get access to all of the modules inside of Nourishing - so you can better understand & fuel your female metabolism!

  • Follow-up consults are scheduled based on your unique needs!

 Working 1:1 FAQs

  • I currently don’t take any insurances; however, I’m always more than willing to create a superbill which you can submit to your insurance for potential coverage. Potential supplements and labs can be paid for using a HSA/FSA account. If you have any additional questions on this topic, know I’m more than happy to dive into during your Clarity Call.

  • Currently, all sessions are held virtually via my patient portal, Practice Better.

  • You’re more than welcome to complete/share bloodwork via your PCP. Know I’ll always be comparing your results to optimal lab reference ranges as compared to the conventional ranges shared with your results.

  • No. I don’t include supplement costs in the price of working together as supplement recommendations vary person-to-person. Know all clients receive an additional discount on top of the 10% off supplement discount via my online supplement dispensary Fullscript.

  • As a registered dietitian, I share nutrition, supplement, lifestyle, & mindset/energetic recommendations when working together. These support the overall foundations of one’s health & wellness for life. On average, PCP get 21 hours of nutrition education during their schooling. RDs get 1200 hours alone just for their internship + 4 years worth of schooling. Nutrition, supplement, lifestyle, & mindset/energetic recommendations support all systems in the body (ex. thyroid, adrenals, gut health, nervous system, etc.) using a root cause approach. Instead of masking symptoms with medications, we’re looking to optimize all systems in your body for overall, whole body/mind/soul health.

  • Great question! Know we’ll most definitely be diving into the specifics of your symptoms, needs, etc. during your Clarity Call; however, here are some details to help you better understand which way of working together best fits what type of goals.

    My 4-Month Program is a great fit if you…

    1) Are actively in a healing phase looking to better understand & address the root causes of your symptoms.

    2) Are looking to run more advanced functional labs like GI Map stool testing or DUTCH hormone testing. This is to ensure we have adequate time to support your gut & hormone health.

    3) Are looking for the security & accountability of working with a practitioner for more than just 1 or 2 sessions.

    4) Also want access to all of the information inside of Nourishing (my signature self-paced program for best fueling the female metabolism).

    A La Carte Consults are a best fit if you…

    1) Are in a maintenance phase of supporting your health.

    2) Want to review your supplements. Discuss which ones are actually needed for you at this time.

    3) Want to review eating habits & macros to make any needed adjustments.

    4) Want to work through any unserving food stories that are holding you back from best nourishing your body.

    5) Want to get a second set of eyes on bloodwork run by your PCP. Maybe your results came back “normal” but you’re not convinced they are within an optimal range.
