Meet Jenna

I'm Jenna, an integrative & functional women's health dietitian and embodiment coach. I help women discover what it truly feels like to finally nourish their bodies, trust their intuition, & tap into their feminine energy!

I’ve been in the women’s health space since 2018 - officially becoming a registered dietitian in 2021 - helping hundreds of women better understand their female bodies.

Beyond work, you’ll find me adventuring with my husband & our dog Freyja, gardening, and just enjoying my time being creative in the kitchen.

Nourishment is the first of three key foundations for women showing up as their truest, most radiant selves! To nourish is to cherish your body by fueling it based on what it needs - not a diet’s needs! Embodiment is the second of my three key foundations for women showing up as their truest, most radiant selves! To embody is to think and act in alignment with your truest self, your truest desires. Get ready to better understand what it looks and feels like to rewrite unserving beliefs, rewire unserving habits, & ultimately live your life in a way that best supports you!

Your feminine is the third of my three key foundations for women showing up as their truest, most radiant selves. To tap into your feminine nature is working with the cyclical hormonal messages your body receives. Get ready to embrace how your hormones influence your mood, energy levels, libido, + MORE! Because when you understand your feminine nature, you tap into a whole new power!
